Update: Ana the manager contacted me to apologise for what occurred. She offered for me to come back and see her which I did. I am so glad I did. It was the best experience. I highly recommend Ana… I’ve changed the 3 stars to a 5 stars as it was well deserved. Thank you…. Asked to make a booking for Mother's Day. They said they won't be there? And when I tried to ask politely why, I just got laughed at with no further explanation?
Had the 60min head spa for the first time , massage on the scalp was lovely, shampooing the hair then when the spa part happened was awful, just boiling hot water which burnt my scalp. Massage the neck was great. Would have given 5 stars but couldn’t because my head was burnt. I did complain at the time and said you just burnt my head with boiling water. Not much of a response except asking me if the water was better. :( My daughter however had a wonderful experience and loved it.
Had a quick 20 mins dry massage for my neck and shoulder and Mia did a wonderful job. She's amazing! 😊
I had an amazing experience today with Mia honestly the best foot and back massage I’ve ever had. She was incredibly attentive, professional, and really made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly relaxing massage. I left feeling refreshed and completely taken care of. Will definitely be coming back!
