Went in today. The lady walked me to the room, without telling me where the stuff goes or anything. She just left. I went back to ask her what do I need. The “hot stones” weren’t even hot. Overall the pressure was too much, I told her maybe 10 times that pressure is too much, but she would go back to the same hard pressure. Even on the face, I had to stop her as it’s too much pressure. Too much pressure on the temple area too. I have a headache. I’m not sure why she used so much pressure. Terrible massage
It’s a local gem, staff is friendly and their prices are very reasonable for the service they provide, very professional and effective I felt so relieved after my session the lady kew exactly what I needed 🥰
I did foot reflexology for 30 mins. The lady at the reception was kind and sweet. I informed her of my concerns and she ensured it was thoroughly conveyed to the lady who did my massage. Boya was amazing and she exactly massaged at my focal points. She communicated throughout to ensure my needs were met and I felt comfortable. The overall ambiance including lighting and music were really soothing and relaxing as well.
Highly recommend this place, ask for Lisa she is wonderful & knows what she’s doing.
