I had bad experience here. They can’t speak English and when I asked for a 45 min massage I was charged for 1 hr massage saying they did it for 1hr. I don’t keep a timer when I go in. This happened to my mom once also. I got a remedial massage but it wasn’t good either. I don’t think the masseuse are experienced in remedial treatments here. I don’t recommend this place
The worst massage experience ever. I’ve been to many massage spas in Melbourne, but honestly, this was the worst. First of all, it was incredibly noisy! A massage spa should be a peaceful place for relaxation, but this one was the complete opposite. We booked a couple’s massage, and it was disappointing to hear the two massage therapists chatting with each other during the session — can you imagine that?!
