Overall, it was a great! I love my plan, but a couple paint scratches on it, paid $11 for it overall it was it’s a great website not a scam but just be a little careful

I received an email from them with their Black Friday deals showing $100 off David Clark headsets and a link to the pictured DC One-X that I wanted to purchase. When I followed the link there was no discount. I called and was told that the item shown in the ad was not a part of the discount. Their ad is misleading and what I would consider a "bait & switch". I will no longer do business with this company.
Excellent customer service when trading in my old headsets. The staff is extremely responsive, professional, and nice! I have loved doing business with them over the years. Great company! Thank you!
