Went to store nearly 2 weeks ago seeking to have battery replaced in Samsung Galaxy 7. Clerk said he had to order one and it would be in next day after 3pm and he would call me. I got no call so I went to store next day after 3pm. Clerk said mail had not arrived yet but he would call me when it did. As of today, no call and no explanation about non service. Great service! I’ve had my screens changed here a couple times and they have always done a great job and I have never had any problems afterwards!
So I went here to get my tablet screen fixed. Waited a few weeks with no call about the tablet. Went in and the guy says that the parts were not ordered and the tablet wasn’t fixed. They ordered the parts that day, a few more weeks pass... no call. I go in and the tablet is fixed. I get home I notice that the power button is missing, it did not hold a charge, and the screen I could have easily pulled off.
