Im very happy with the care the clinic provided, from beginning to end. Im a new pet owner and was unsure what to expect. My girl had her routine desexing procedure and every followup appointment seemed to be filled with thoroughness , compassion and knowledge. Im grateful
Im happy with the service I received. My pup had a routine procedure and everything was explained to me beautifully. They are caring and compassionate, from drop off to pick-up. I feel confident my girl was cared for in my absence
I attended here today with my dog. For a 10 minute consultation, a urine test and some antibiotics I was charged an exorbitant amount. The bill included $99 for antibiotics that I could have purchased for $25. They say they welcome feedback so I contacted them about this. They offered to refund me for the antibiotics but I would then have to pay for my copy of the script that was already written. The prescription wasn’t included in the $99 consult fee. Get a quote first.
Have been going MyOwnVet ever since they opened their OG surgery across across from the Moorooka Roosters AFL club. And later became a major club sponsor. The love and care they show Cyril is top class. Lovely staff and Doctors.
Could not recommend My Own Vet highly enough!! Dr. Ahmed and the entire team have taken such amazing care of our cat Pumpkin for the last 5 years. We first came to MyOwnVet after we had a somewhat bad experience with greencross and having them take care of him takes so much stress away from us. He's required a couple of surgeries and Dr Ahmed and the team have been so helpful, thoughtful and kind and we always feel safe leaving him with them.
