Our kids have been made to feel so comfortable here, making trips to the dentist a breeze. The atmosphere is cozy, reception is friendly, and the in house coffee station and movie theatre are a huge bonus when waiting for multiple kids at various appointments. We’ve been very happy with our experience here.
We are just starting our orthodontic journey with both of our kids, aged 11 & 9 years old, at Vivid Orthodontics. So far, they are amazing & I have already recommended them to friends! All of the staff have been very nice, professional, & very knowledgeable. Stephanie, the booking coordinator, was incredibly helpful. She was great with my kids & stayed late to explain extra. We had our very first visit today and were so impressed! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and made us feel completely at ease. The orthodontist took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all our questions without ever making us feel rushed. You can truly tell they care about their patients and families. Such a great first experience—we’re really glad we chose this office and are looking forward to our journey here!
We’ve had a great experience at MyORTHODONTIC office for my 13-year-old daughter. The service has been excellent from start to finish. The staff are friendly, patience, and very welcoming, which really helps make my daughter feel comfortable at each visit. I did Invisalign at this clinic and honestly they have been amazing. Very fair priced! The staff is always joyful and really nice. They are always smiling and they are very fast. I am never waiting for long time to get appointments. Best place in the city for braces hands down
