We are just starting our orthodontic journey with both of our kids, aged 11 & 9 years old, at Vivid Orthodontics. So far, they are amazing & I have already recommended them to friends! All of the staff have been very nice, professional, & very knowledgeable. Stephanie, the booking coordinator, was incredibly helpful. She was great with my kids & stayed late to explain extra. Our kids have been made to feel so comfortable here, making trips to the dentist a breeze. The atmosphere is cozy, reception is friendly, and the in house coffee station and movie theatre are a huge bonus when waiting for multiple kids at various appointments. We’ve been very happy with our experience here.
I recently had my overbite corrected by Dr. Cheeba and his incredible team, and I can confidently say they went above and beyond for me. Place is very nice, been a regular here for my kids braces. Today, however, the girl who was assigned to adjust my kid's braces, was a little rude as she just ignored my kid in the middle of a procedure, and proceeded to chat with her friend for like 5-10 minutes away from us, then came back after she finished her chat and hugs. This really did upset me, some people need to learn some workplace etiquette.
Wonder friendly staff. Great treatment plans. They always make my kids feel comfortable and answer all their questions. Very helpful and clear on what is happening with my kids teeth. Plus we love the cookie at the end of the appointment.
