I’ve never had a bad experience with this orthodontist until today. I called for some help and mentioned to the woman that my request might sound confusing. Instead of assisting me, she hung up on me—twice. If she didn’t know how to help, she could have simply said it instead of hanging up on me. Very rude and disrespectful.
10/10 recommend! Hands down the best!! I wish I could give 100 stars to Mary and Candice specifically but they all deserve a raise lol
