My son had a brace/wire fall off, so we went in to normal appointment (which was not long afterwards) and they told us it did not need to be replaced. Now 3 weeks later we come in for scheduled removal of braces and they are complaining to us that his teeth moved where they decided to not replace the brace that fell off.
