myORTHODONTIST is absolutely amazing, the staff are all friendly, and really work with you to help you. I recently got my teeth straightened via Braces + Retainers, they’re super efficient and always check in to see progression, after care is really good as well.
I had an amazing experience at this clinic! Dr. Chiba is incredibly professional and caring, making each visit a pleasure. Natasha, who handled my braces today, was also wonderful—very attentive and kind. The administration team is fantastic, offering flexible payment options and accommodating any requests. Highly recommend!
We’ve been going to myOrthodontist for about a year for my daughter. It’s been a great experience so far. The technicians are patient, informative, and makes her feel comfortable. Appointments are always on time, we never have to wait. My other little who will need braces in a few years love tagging along for the free hot chocolate and treats.
