I’ve used ClassPass for over a year and booked with 20+ businesses. Never had an experience like the one with Myopothecary. Literally couldn’t get in and couldn’t reach the business at all. The building has a coded door, so I walked around the entire place, even went into the garage looking for another entrance, and asked people nearby, all in 94 degree heat for 10 minutes. No luck.
