They canceled the fasting blood draw on two separate days the morning of the appointment. Then continued to call me after I said I was going to use another service and to stop calling me.
Rosa and Sam are wonderful. I’m very happy with them and your service. Rosa did a regular blood draw today, for lab work, and she is fantastic. Usually, I am such a challenge for blood draws, and it takes hospital staff several tries. But, Rosa got it on the first try, and I didn’t even feel a pinch. She is amazing at what she does!
