Have had the device for several months and find the support more and more difficult to obtain. Started out great but too much being put onto their therapists in company which limits their ability to support clients and corporate customer service is abysmal. Unit needed repair and to many weeks to get this accomplished with many broken promises. Now have been switched to a different regional therapist in TEXAS when I am in Florida and can't teach that person( Victoria) for support needed. Had though I would have advanced fur... read more
I never went to the store but I received the arm and working on mastering it. It will take a long time to do it 100%. I thank Sean Allen for working with me and having the patience to help 🙏 😀
