I've been to other massage therapists who have worked out knots, but Kia takes it to another level. Being a professional trainer, he knows all about muscles and has provided great advice in addition to a great massage. He's professional, friendly and has an inspirational story as well.
Kia is fantastic! Warm, friendly, compassionate and my go to RMT. He fully understands the loads and stressors my body goes under as an athlete and I appreciate the extra time and attention he spends to make sure I'm in tip top shape for my next competition or session. I enjoy sports massages as they help me so much and this is what he excels at. Kia is amazing!! 10 out of 10 is an understatement. Not only is he personable and funny, he really listens to his clients and tailors the session to your needs. I have seen him for massage since he began his practice and I wouldn't go to anyone else. I have also trained with him and your goals are his number one priority! Kia has also been a huge supporter of what I'm accomplishing in life and pushes me to do the best for myself! You definitely won't be disappointed!
Kia's an awesome massage therapist. Been going to him for a long time, great treatment every time. He provides great health and fitness advice as well and will take the time to make sure you're feeling better after a visit.
Kia is a great massage therapist and a fantastic trainer! I suffered an ankle injury several years ago and never thought I would be able to perform the movements I could again. Kia has helped me make huge progress through therapy and adaptations. Highly recommend!
