I was a very apprehensive first time client. I am a 66 year old overweight woman. Patrick made me immediately at ease with his calm demeanor and professionalism. As I am a shallow breather, he showed me breathing exercises that improved my lung expansion and my posture. He is a reassuring therapy practitioner. No potion, lotion, etc. promotions, just straightforward medically explained manual therapy. I highly recommend this therapist. I look very forward to my monthly treatments with Patrick.
I visited the Myokinetic Institute as part of my recovery for a broken wrist and clavicle. Patrick was a very focused therapist and targeted his treatment based off my injuries. The space was very relaxing and I would recommend Patrick to anyone!
