Called to make an enquiry regarding an appointment for my son and receptionist was extremely rude. Don’t bother wasting your time.
Almost criminal levels of overdiagnosis happening here, as a commercial practice the focus clearly is on profit not on the patient. It's unfortunate that they prey on women at such a vulnerable time. Had a consultation off the recommendation of a lactation consultant, big mistake! Had my son's oral ties done at this clinic. The experience was pretty awful mainly due to the staff's approach. My husband originally mad ethe appointment and mentioned that the admin staff were quite rude over the phone, blunt and unhelpful unless prompted. We filled in all the paperwork prior to the appointment as suggested but in the appointment they just ask you all the questions anyway so it was completely unnecessary. My baby was booked for a consultation+ procedure today and the experience we had was awful. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances out of my control we were late for the appointment due to a car accident and was given poor direction's to get there by the reception staff while trying to walk there, when we finally arrived we were told by Kate the PA or reception staff "oh you won't be having the procedure today because you're late", I almost walked out crying at this point but continued to wait for the doctor and I was... read more
