Cady is phenomenal. Very knowledgeable at what she does. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with muscle pain and mobility issues!
Brendan is amazing. Hits all the knots and loosened my muscles up quite nicely. Definitely recommend seeing him for pain management.
Have been to see Cady twice for shoulder pain, she is very good.
