Michelle is incredible and has truly relieved most of the chronic pain I’ve been dealing with for the past seven years. The sessions are calming and feel like a mix between a massage and acupressure. Definitely was an affective treatment for me. I had a concussion after getting hit by a car on my bike. Ever since then I felt twisted in my skull and my brain felt weird when I would lay down, she was able to figure out the problem and help me reset the tissue in my head correctly and now I sleep better at night. Successful!
Michelle is a fascia therapist on another level. Is very in tune to my unique issues. I have benefitted greatly from her expertise and compassion. Would highly recommend her services.
First appointment was today at 2pm, it is now 6pm and I am still remarkably relaxed. I have not had such relief from tension, stress and pain in.....ever. the myofacial release treatment was quite foreign but shockingly effective, and I'm glad I had someone drive me because it took an hour just to hold focus again.
