Michelle was fantastic! I have a very stressful job and pretty high anxiety and she was able to relieve the tension in my body and I left feeling so relaxed! She also gave great tips on meditation and other ways to stay relaxed. She is very warm and inviting and makes you feel very comfortable!
Michelle is incredible and has truly relieved most of the chronic pain I’ve been dealing with for the past seven years. The sessions are calming and feel like a mix between a massage and acupressure. Definitely was an affective treatment for me. I had a concussion after getting hit by a car on my bike. Ever since then I felt twisted in my skull and my brain felt weird when I would lay down, she was able to figure out the problem and help me reset the tissue in my head correctly and now I sleep better at night. Successful!
Michelle is a fascia therapist on another level. Is very in tune to my unique issues. I have benefitted greatly from her expertise and compassion. Would highly recommend her services.
First appointment was today at 2pm, it is now 6pm and I am still remarkably relaxed. I have not had such relief from tension, stress and pain in.....ever. the myofacial release treatment was quite foreign but shockingly effective, and I'm glad I had someone drive me because it took an hour just to hold focus again. I was that relaxed, its like being transplanted into a new body! If the rest of my appointments continue in this direction and this results in lasting relief and recovery I will give 5 stars.
