RecommendedI highly recommend Johnson Myofascial Therapy. I was in so much pain in my hands that i couldn't touch my thumb to fingertips. Come to find out, my whole body was in more pain than i even knew. i was masking every bad spot i had. When i left her office i could move my hands and thumb freely. And walk down steps pain free with my knee. Thank you Lori!!! looking forward to learning more about taking care of myself.
My experience was wonderful. My pain was at such a high level that I wondered would anything make a difference. 2 hours after my first appt. ended, I felt myself moving with no pain. Unbelievable! I would recommend Lori to anyone; her care, professionalism, and technique are awesome.
