Roxy is healing me after 2 total knee replacements left me with significant issues in both legs which impaired my walking, caused pain, and was impacting my overall well-being. I’ve known and worked with Katharine for quite a while and have literally never felt better! Her knowledge is incomparable and I’m grateful to have her to work with. I’ve begun Pilates classes with Ashley and she is wonderful! Highly trained and so easy to work with! I highly recommend her!
