Elizabeth's gentle, skilled, and perceptive treatment has been extremely helpful in my continuing recovery from heart surgery. Her myofascial release expertise has provided a proactive direction to reduce remaining pain and constriction caused by scar tissue. If considering myofascial therapy, I highly recommend that you see Elizabeth! After two sessions I felt remarkably better. My posture improved and many of my aches and pains were reduced significantly. She is meticulous and thorough in her approach.
