If considering myofascial therapy, I highly recommend that you see Elizabeth! After two sessions I felt remarkably better. My posture improved and many of my aches and pains were reduced significantly. She is meticulous and thorough in her approach.

I’m so glad I have finally found Elizabeth! I’ve had neck problems for many years and she is by far the best healer I have ever been to. She listens carefully to find out what the problem is and intuitively knows the right way to treat it. Her whole demeanor is so calm, warm and pleasant. It’s a lovely environment to get first class treatment in. I always feel better after one of her myofascial sessions. I can’t fully describe how wonderfully expert she is at her craft.
