The staff at MyoDynamic Health in Innisfil are wonderful. Sam Lee, in physio, is amazing. He is very insightful and knowledgeable. Full of ideas to help with healing. He has been a tremendous help to my repair and recovery.

Sam reviewed all the details with me and documented the issues with my back issue both any physical review of my injury symptoms. Today’s session was to review the exercise that Sam asked me to continue over the last week. This exercise allowed me to play at least one full game of curling. The lower back pain has been reduced to a tightness. New exercise now that allows me to further strengthen my back and relax the muscles. Dr. Jesse was amazing. I was not sure about seeing a Chiropractor but now I am hooked! Not only did I leave feeling better but I learned a lot and felt very comfortable the whole time.
