I started seeing Jon Kim at Myo Richmond based on a recommendation from a friend who’s also a physiotherapist, and I’m so glad I did. Received a call from Myo detox Richmond regarding a recent visit. Without my consent the call was apparently being recorded. The representative from myodetox Richmond proceeded to inform me I needed a note from my GP for charges to be processed. I indicated I understood and would pay for the fees on my credit card. It was only then the representative informed me this call was being recorded and she would switch the recording “off” before collecting my credit card info. I started seeing Sam and Jessie earlier this year, and they’ve been fantastic! Both are incredibly professional and have somehow convinced me that exercise can actually be enjoyable. I’ve noticed real improvements in my strength and mobility. I highly recommend them to anyone struggling with movement or posture issues, or just looking to get into exercise without dreading it. Bonus points for the receptionist — always friendly, helpful, and keeps the good vibes flowing.
