Fantastic place. Alana is terrific in explaining and helping me understand the mechanics of movement and how to stay healthy. Really glad I found this venue.
My session with Kyla was GREAT! She gave me a full assessment, narrowed down the root cause of my lower back pain, performed treatment and gave me some stretches and exercises that I could do at home. Looking forward to working with her more and getting healthier every day!
Very welcoming atmosphere and nice facility. The physiotherapist Grace did a very good job of listening to my issues and treated accordingly. The advice on how to deal with my issues were straightforward and easy to do, nothing complicated. Definitely recommend the clinic for all physiological related issues or if you just want to preserve your mobility and prevent any pains in the future.
I have been attending the Markham location for almost 3 years now and its been a great experience from the start. I see Zaid, Kyla, and Jeremy who all work together to make sure I am getting the best/necessary treatment. The Myo team truly cares about their clients and it is evident in their holistic approach. The front desk staff John and Daniella are always friendly and helpful as well.
