I worked with Constance for nearly two months after injuring the inside of my ankle from running. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and gave me targeted exercises that helped to reduce the inflammation and improve my movement. It was really great to have someone guide me through the rehab process, offer adjustments as I went back to my workouts, and help me return to running pain-free (finally!)
