This has far been the best chiropractic experience I’ve had. She takes her time to explain what she is doing and why she is focusing on the areas she’s working on. This is a great experience.
BEYOND frustrated with the billing here!! My insurance fully covers chiropractor visits and I’ve met my out of pocket expenses for the year. I was charged $74 initially before insurance was billed and am now being told I owe $59 still because according to the insurance company the office submitted the wrong code. Tried to get the office to do a code review and can’t seem to get past the receptionist. The “insurance verification” team won’t call me to fix this and I have never received a physical bill to submit to the insuran... read more
I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Mohn. She listened and did a thorough assessment of my back. Her treatment focused on all the causes of my pain. When the MRI showed something she couldn’t affect, she didn’t hesitate to refer me. I always felt she was looking out for my best interest.
