The owner and his wife are passionate about their clients. As a current owner/trainer of a training/performance business myself, I highly recommend these folks for training.
The owner and his wife are some incredibly kind people. Absolute pleasure to be around! They put so much effort into designing the exercise classes. I will never, ever, ever be a member of any other exercise studio as long as they are here!
