Jenny is great. She clearly walked through how to do all the exercises and is very knowledgable. By the end of my 9 months work with her, I am nose breathing, not waking up during the night to pee and my snoring is really reduced! If you have dysfunctional night time sleeping please reach out to Jenny, she is the best!
Jenny was wonderful! I started working with her after my sleep apnea diagnosis. Her assessment was thorough and the exercises helped so much. She guided me through the pre and post of lip tie releases, tongue tie releases, and exercises for my sleep apnea. I’m now so happy the efforts paid off and my sleep apnea is resolved. Being diligent with the exercises from Jenny at MyoBalance was a big part of my success!
