Dre is awesome! Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him. I felt improvement after the first session. Can’t wait to continue to work with him.
I'm working with Dre after throwing out my back for some 40 odd days. I'm only 30 but apparently I sit too much at my computer and need to start paying attention to that. So far so good! Dre has been very helpful explaining how one tight muscle or fascia connects to the next. I feel like I have a better grasp of what my body is up to now. Progress is definitely being made, feeling looser and easier. Glad I came here.
