I am really glad I went to see Dre at MYO! Yesterday was my first visit and Dre really helped isolate some areas of overuse. He was able to figure out some long standing problems and give me much needed relief in my low back and neck! Also, a side benefit I had my best scores with my Oura ring in the over 5 years I've been tracking!! Pretty amazing set of skills and tools!!!
Very clean, modern, welcoming and professional setup. Great work on my back shoulder/neck pain, on a very tight muscle. Before I visited I was so hurt I could hardly move my head in any direction after a session with Dre I feel like a new person. He knows well his work, and how to relax the tightened muscles.
