Mia was wonderful! I was blown away at how elevated the facility is and how knowledge and kind Mia was. She was able to give me a lot of information about helping with my sciatic nerve pain. She taught me different stretches to do and also did some massage while I was there. We finished with cryotherapy which was my first time and I loved it!
As Tony Horton would say, "I hate it... but I LOVE it"! As someone who is in their late 30's who tries to stay active, this is SO beneficial, and Dre is incredibly knowledgable. After I finished, I immediately booked an appt for my husband and my parents.
I just recently had my first appointment with Dre and I can say he is by far amazing from when I first walked in there he noticed things about me and my body that I didn't even have to tell him when he started to work on my body he knew exactly where the pain was like if I pointed it out but I didn't he would go to those areas all on his own and really took my pain away I have from trauma and abuse that effected my neck my back and shoulders for 17 yrs. I just finished my 3rd session with Mia. She has been so kind listening to all my concerns. I have been having shoulder and elbow pain and am finally experiencing some relief. So far it has been a great experience. I would definitely recommend!
My wife has been working with Dre at MYO, and she’s literally getting her life back. She has suffered from intense sciatica for over 2 years and she’s now having days at a time without any pain. She’s still going in for regular treatment and not only is she seeing improvement with her sciatica but also with overall ability to move freely. Dre is a godsend.
