Paid 1600 for a procedure and cant even get them to answer the phone! I'm taking them to small claims court! Went out of business and didn't give anyone a refund! Wish I could sue

Please read this review if you are considering having a procedure done here. DON"T... JUST DON'T!!!!! I am saving you money. Morgan is a scam artist!!! I signed up for the Care Credit Plus card offered through this office(per him) and then I was told I had to pay 10% down for a cool sculpting procedure. I paid 10% down that day and the rest would be put on the Care Credit Card on the day of the procedure. He called me a week later and told that he was doing away with Care Credit Plus Card. Do not go here! You probably can’t get an appointment anyway because they never answer the phone and don’t even have a receptionist at the front desk. I paid for services then the machine was always “not working.” Then when I wanted a refund he said he’d have the accountant mail me a check but that never happened and he never answered my call again. Now the door is always locked. Absolutely horrible experience!

TERRIBLE customer service. I sent an appointment request form and it had been over a month and no one followed up. I stopped by the office and managed to walk in behind another patient. I wasn’t asked any questions and was rushed when trying to set up an appointment date/time. I was told I would get a text reminder. I never did and felt like the appointment day was coming soon and wanted to confirm. I called literally every day for a week. The number just rings and goes to a voicemail and the mailbox is full.
