Dr. Aye and her staff are amazing. I have read the reviews saying the office is hard to reach by phone. I personally happen to know that's because her staff spends most days trying to handle patients. The office asks for a referral and records before an appointment, in order to make sure Dr. Aye knows your history when she sees you. She gave me more information then I've gotten from my 2 previous rheumatologists. I'm also glad to have a female rheumatologist in the local area. Her staff is sweet and hard working. Dr. Aye is an Amazing Doctor. She is not afraid to figure out what is wrong with a patient. She looks into to your issues. She is very Professional and yet very personable. Her beside manner is 10 stars. The front office staff is very well trained. They are very polite and very friendly. They are also very understanding to a patient's needs and concerns. Definitely an office to attend. I had seen many other doctor's and was misdiagnosed. She took the time and tested all of her theories to figure out what was wrong with me. T... read more
Dr. Aye is an amazing doctor. I made the mistake of seeing another rheumatologist, but I went running back to Dr. Aye and begged her to take me back and thankfully she did :) She’s caring, super intelligent, communicates effectively and quickly, and most importantly-she always put her patients first. Her staff is also wonderful. If you’re looking for a rheumatologist who is going to get to the root cause of your issues and won’t just push the big “name brand drugs” at you- this is your lady!
All she did was blood work on me and refused to help me identify the problems I've been having.
Dr Aye was very rude and disrespectful to me and my husband. She refused to do anymore testing and said she didn’t have time for me. Less then 6 months later I was diagnosed with a rare disease called Behcet’s. Because Of the delay in treatment I’ve lost some sight in my left eye and we are now trying to get the disease under control.
