I've been going to this gym for about a year now. It has everything! Plenty of free weights, barbells, dumbbells, Smith machines, leg presses, stationary bikes, Stair Master, resistance bands, rowing machines, and more. The atmosphere is conducive to getting work done and there are FANS everywhere so you don't suffocate! One of the best things you'll get is accountability. I cant express what a huge blessing this place has been for my mom and I. We have noticed a huge difference in our lives since we have been coming here. Been training with Coach J for the past 5 months. It’s been an amazing experience and journey. Coach J and Jael are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. They are an amazing couple Helping you with your goals and identifying injuries you may have as well as helping you grow spiritually . The gym is always clean and well ventilated! I recommend MyoFit if you haven’t gained the results you’ve desired or if you’re a beginner and want a great place to start.
