I cant express what a huge blessing this place has been for my mom and I. We have noticed a huge difference in our lives since we have been coming here. Been training with Coach J for the past 5 months. It’s been an amazing experience and journey. Coach J and Jael are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. They are an amazing couple Helping you with your goals and identifying injuries you may have as well as helping you grow spiritually . The gym is always clean and well ventilated! I recommend MyoFit if you haven’t gained the results you’ve desired or if you’re a beginner and want a great place to start.

Excellent facilities clean , all the machines needed to work out very knowledgeable trainers .
