I found out about this place through physical therapy but then started to go to Ryan for personal training with my wife. I really enjoyed the program he designed for us, simple and very effective. Then I got pregnant, Ryan and his new colleague Amber modified my workouts through out the entire pregnancy. I felt amazing till the end, worked out on Friday and gave birth on Monday. I came to Joel as a last ditch effort after seeing other providers for extreme pain in my ankle in the last 2 weeks before a mountain trail ultra marathon. I could barely walk and running was impossible, I was convinced I would have to DNS the race. My session with Joel was great, he diagnosed the issue and worked on my calf muscles, ankle and foot. Both Joel and Ryan are above and beyond in their respective roles and as a team. My pain has gone down significantly and my every day quality of life has improved. I feel truly cared about and taken care of as a client. Highly recommend.
