Mynt Systems workers are the best! Destiny and Andre just left. Wow!!! They were fast, efficient, friendly and professional. They made me know that we are in good hands with Mynt. The job was simple: due to a leak in our roof (in the area under our panels), we assumed the possibility of a leak at one of the panel supports. They quickly removed 6 panels, our housemate and I got busy blowing and sweeping away debris and cleaning the supports. I believe Mynt Systems should be avoided in your consideration of a commercial or residential solar project. I believe they misrepresented their ability to determine the need for and ability to secure the proper permits for our installation. As the project unfolded, it became obvious that their claims of permitting expertise were inaccurate and they had purposefully misled our organization to secure our contract. They did a beautiful job replacing 68 T-8 fluorescent lamps with ballast, with new LED lamps in a unit occupied by a hair salon. Ian and Jorge and office staff are the best at what they do!! Will keep them in mind for any future projects too!
