The thing that struck me about Patrick was walking a house with him for the first time. He has a sharp eye for functional details that matter for comfort, living, and realistic affordability. We recently worked with Patrick Dodd and the Mynt Properties team at Keller Williams ONEChicago to buy a new home on the north side of Chicago, preferably in the Lakeview area.
