Sold house we were living in. Didn't even give 30 days notice. Water got shut off 2 days before we were out. Cashed out rent check knowing they sold the place. We made it out in time, but they owe us the last month rent and our security deposit. When we got a notice to vacate, they also mentioned as of that day, they are no longer a company, and we have to talk to a lawyer to get our money back. Never answered calls.
