What happened at MYNK Hair on 24 November 2025 was one of the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and hostile salon experiences I have ever witnessed. My mother went in for a simple color service and left with patchy, uneven color, and dye stains all over her neck, ears, and hairline. I had such a fantastic experience! The consultation was incredibly insightful and informative—my hairdresser, Alannah, really took the time to understand what I wanted, offer expert suggestions, and explain what would work best for my hair. The result will help me work to the grow out hairstyle I hope to achieve. Been there twice now, all the staff are so friendly Claire who did my hair did a amazing job and even made me a very nice coffee as well, the atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly and one of the lady’s was showing me really nice cakes she makes and she sells them as well, 100% coming back again. :)
Claire, senior hairstylist foiled, coloured and treated my hair like no other! Everyone has commented on how I look younger and the colours compliment my skin tone! Hairdressers in the past have struggled to colour my hair and keep it healthy at the same time… not this stylist. Highly recommended. Just don’t steal her from the salon because I just found her!
