A loyal customer for ages but have now moved out of area. Called and asked if they would kindly share with me the records from my last colour (it took a while to get it exactly right). Flat out no with a rude attitude. I'm not going to another salon near by, I literally don't have the time or space to travel that far any longer. Very disappointing. What would it hurt them? Was happy to prove new address. Won't be recommending them anymore.
Had an Amazing experience with Hoda. She gave me amazing advice on my hair and what would look good for me. Very Welcoming and very experienced in what she does, 10/10 would recommend. Always an amazing experience at mynk.
