Food is always fresh and flavorful and healthy.
Excellent variety each week. Very tasty selections. Fresh ingredients, sauces, seasonings, etc.Pricing seems reasonable for what you get. I would highly recommend trying Myndful Meals.
Myndful Meals gave my family great meals when we were in our postpartum days, sleep-deprived, and too exhausted to do more than microwave chicken nuggets for nutrition. The different entrees and sides are well-seasoned, but not overly so the way you might find at a restaurant. It feels homey in that way, cooking with lots of fresh ingredients and textures but not drowning you in sauce or huge portions. Thanks Myndful Meals for helping get through the trenches! :)
