This agency works with the insurance company, not their clients. Went with Mynatt at the recommendation of a friend & reviews f but my experience was AWFUL. I had to chase them down for homeowner's quotes , THEN for follow up THEN AGAIN for information about the cancelation notice I received less than two months into the policy term. WHY have an agent if I'm doing all the legwork?? Was told the reason for cancellation was "galvanized pipe", I asked the agent what that meant & what I needed to do.
