I realize that their was a family death months ago .I try to call once a month with no response as i prepaid for an i pad case last Nov and still waiting for a response.Does anyone know whats going on,have they closed for good?

I really have to urge anyone with a laptop repair to NOT go there! I brought in my laptop around 20 October 2019. It took them a month to diagnose the problem with my laptop. After a few messages back and forth about the repairs I decided around 19 December that they should put my laptop back together without further repair. I got a response the day after that I get back to me as soon as they a laptop was put back together. Building is never open according to their hours with absolutely no signage. The past few weeks have tried calling on multiple occasions with no answer, and each time I drive there they are closed. Waste of my time.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business in my life. I dropped off my laptop for a virus scan and it has now been exactly 4 weeks since I dropped it off. I contacted the company over 50 times by phone and email and they did not respond at all I even drove to their store 7 times and they were closed during their regular business hours every single time.
