I have never left a review before, however, I need to caution people to be weary before coming here. Had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. Firstly, I was grossly misled by the psychologist, who actively misinformed me stating that in order to receive an ADHD/ADD diagnosis, I would have to receive an extensive report from the psychologist, and that a psychiatrist would not take or would be VERY unlikely to take me unless I had this report. Disappointing.got told after my appointment that my care plan had run out so I couldn't get a Medicare rebate meaning I had to pay $230 for an hour app with a psychologist that spent 80% of the time talking and making assumptions rather than listening. Realised I was now left with no money so called up to see what we can do and they said I could get a care plan but it needs to be done that day. Clearly don't care about mental health because if they did they would have let me know when I booked the appointment that I had no c... read more
