Staff was friendly. Visit was quick and efficient...until I left without a prescription. The doctor said to call back after consulting with my pharmacy on the cost of various options. I called 2 hours after I left. That was 9 days ago and no one has ever reached back out to get the prescription. I've called 5 times without a response. I'm writing this review hoping someone sees it and calls me with my prescription!
I had a CT scan of my lungs done in emergency in Dec. Could not get an appointment with a pulmonologist until March. Then the appointment with the Dr was postponed another week. The pulmonary function testing was very organized, efficient, and friendly. The Pulmonologist DR was very prepared, knowledgeable and recommended a good treatment plan. However, he recommended using a medical device that requires a prescription. It has been 5 days since my and I have no prescribed device to begin using. Not sure who dropped the ball.
