I’ve had FIVE appointments booked in the last three years. (3 for my knee & 2 for my shoulder.) Every. Single. Appointment. Has been canceled by them. Every single one. I gave up and traveled to Ann Arbor for my knee. Seems like I’ll be doing the same for my shoulder, which is rather unfortunate. To top it off, when they call to cancel or reschedule you they will 100% do so less than 10 minutes before the office closes for the day. & apparently the listed “open hours” are incorrect.
