The worst and laziest providers and staff in the world. Calls not answered. Messages not replied. Faxes not even a blink. 3 years with Brielle Cormiere only getting from bad to worse.
I went here for epilepsy and got hardly anything from it. Make the trip and go to UofM. Eileen Pinkard gave hardly any information, and the solution to all problems was an increase in my medicine dose that was already incredibly high (4000 mg a day) or adding an additional medicine. No care was given regarding the medicine, I discovered after getting a second opinion that biweekly labs should have been done for one of my medications (never occurred) and was told to immediately stop the one I was starting to take because it w... read more
Worst care I have ever received they don’t answer phones and are horrible doctors only worried about the money would definitely not recommend this clinic or any of there doctors
The worst office you can deal with! No follow up, no calls returned, no patient portal messages even seen, for months. Referrals not sent, refills ignored, rude and careless office staff. If you are seeking “neglect”, and “mistreatment”, this is the right place for you.
Absolutely the worst communication I’ve ever had with any medical office ever. Didn’t pick up or return a voicemail for 3 weeks & then told me to present to the ER. Will be filing a complaint.
