Went in for severe constipation, nurse's where great, beyond that no service given, took xray waited close to 3 attenhours for doctor to come back by then problem solved itself. Offered nothing, doctor said my ekg looked OK, didnt have one and was released. Staff was very friendly, but dont think I would go there again

Mi Michigan is not providing my father, who is deaf, an interpreter for the duration of his stay. The doctors are writing on a pieces of paper, or utilizing a white board as a means of communication. My father and I have asked for an interpreter numerous times. My father has stated that he did not use writing as a means of communication because his vision is blurry and it is hard for him to write sentences. Now, lets talk about Case manager, Olivia. This hospital has the most incompetent doctors and staff that I have ever seen. Heaven forbid they actually do their job!!! The Dr. Vivic was very unprofessional and rude.

Terrible patient experience. They should try going thru surgery once and be on the other side of being called in 30 mins after the appointment was 15 mins early for, being told to bring documents last min and having to repeat info I have gave five mins like emergency contact info. They try to control your emergency contact beyond reasonable instruction and just overall ick. Stay healthy avoid this place.
