Been sitting in the ER for 5 hours. Only seen the attending once which is Dr. Mussin she acted as if we were a nuisance for coming . As there is nothing they can do here. Very poor attitude all the way around. Medical care has become not that greatest here. What happened to patient care. We went to the ER as directed by my husbands doctor.

If only I could have my own harem! My recent stay at MyMichigan from the emergency room to 2 1/2 days with the Club Med girls 💕 on second floor was exceptional! Great care

My husband was In MyMichigan West Branch for Colon Resection due to Colon Cancer . The Surgeon Dr. Allie Eickholtz Was very competent and made us feel comfortable! She did his surgery through a scope and still retrieved all the lymph nodes ! He had great care while he was in the hospital. I was impressed L

All I hear is negative from west branch hospital. Grossly understaffed & wait times terrible for care. Nobody should wait 2, 3 , 5+ hrs to see dr to get care. Hospital always full and ER . Means size ER is to small & need more workers especially weekends.
