Aside from my experience. This has got to be one of the worst practices. If the doctors here do not practice what works for you, Dr V and Dr C, they will not help you. I've expressed my concern to these two doctors, they refuse to acknowledge or support my decisions. Gone are the doctors that support mental health as well as physical. I finally got my stubborn little sister to come to the new urgent care to get some concerns about the serious and strange symptoms she was experiencing checked out and the lady checking her in wouldn't even listen to her. The lady immediately brushed her off and told her she's probably just got influenza that's going around and if she was actually that worried about everything, maybe she should go to Clare to the emergency room. Lab tech TAVIA was just what I needed today! Professional, courteous and damn good at poking people! The laugh was medicine for the soul.

I was a little uneasy getting a new new doctor, in a new town, in a new office, but My Michigan Healths staff made my daughter and I feel welcome and comfortable. We feel safe in their care.
