Kenzie in the lab department was awesome! I have difficult veins and usually dread getting my blood drawn, but Kenzie got it on the first try with almost no pain! Someone give Kenzie a raise!!
Doctor is down right horrible!! Acted like we wasted his time and sent us on our way. Ended up else where and that's what I hope you do as well!
I brought my daughter in for imaging at the lab. Lex at the front desk was very unpleasant and rude.
I would give a zero if that was an option. My daughter had an infection going on and her lymph nodes were swollen and she was in a lot of pain. My daughter has a lot of health issues and we have been here before. Dr. Brian Gallagher was the doctor on staff that saw us. When he came into the room you could tell be his demeanor that he was irritated. He made us feel like we were stupid for even coming in; his comments reeked of arrogance and misogyny.
