Staff and providers are great! I have been very happy with them!
I called July 8th with a knee injury and the earliest they could get me into my primary doctor was mid-December. They ended up booking me with a floating NP who was great, however the staff completely dropped the ball and did not submit an MRI authorization to my insurance, even after I called frequently to check the status. 17 days later.. still no MRI scheduled. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
