Jennifer Jordahl and nurses Emily and Kolleen are kind, professional, competent and calming. The “new” reception staff is awful. When I call, she is short, impatient and unkind.There have been two instances where my calls weren’t even returned. Today, I called bc another provider wanted to coordinate care and no one from this office called. When I called on a Thursday to check the status of the approval Ms. Receptionist told me my provider was out of the country. Wonderful staff everyone of them
I felt so welcome and heard. My old pcp, wasn't so indepth as Jennifer was!!! She spent well over an hour just explaining everything.
