Jennifer and Rachel are very good at their jobs and take time to explaining everything. If your looking for a primary care provider I recommend My Michigan in Auburn

The reception staff needs retraining. When I call, she is short, impatient and unkind. There have been two instances where my calls weren’t even returned. I cannot believe My Mich would employ someone who treats patients this way.

I cannot believe My Mich would employ someone who treats patients this way. Highly disappointing. Btw, check out the filthy entrance glass and unkempt grounds. There once was a fly in my exam room. When someone went to kill it, dust was flying everywhere. Sterile environment? You might want to look around when you get in there.
