1st off it was quick but bed side mannor sorely lacked. Cleanliness of building definitely not what a hospital should be, from waiting room to patient room. Dirt was found everywhere i looked, im not from Michigan so my personal experience is of much higher grade than what I experienced. Without going into detail, every step after triage; my treatment was so far below the standard of care someone should expect when visiting the ER. They took absolute amazing care of me today absolute huge shout-out to the staff at this hospital they have done an outstanding job getting my breathing back down I was terrified, also an amazing job in trying to find answers as to what's going on with me I'm very impressed how professional kind helpful and direct they have been with me. I even got a mom talk 😂 I can't begin to explain how frustrating it is to live with COPD at my age and deal with the stress from all of this stuff constantly. My Michigan is the only emergency department I’ll go too because I can trust them each time with my care and get the answers and best treatment I need. Dr.Ross is one of the best doctors Ive met and always comes in with a smile and a positive attitude.
