If I could give zero stars I would. 4 hours waiting for the results of an x ray before they will release the patient. No end in site. They claim it's busy and the parking lot and waiting room have few people . Not seeing the ambulance rolling in as I wait out here in the parking lot. Six cars in the parking lot. This is unacceptable. I will never bring anyone here again
I believe they forgot about me. I was there from 8pm to 230am. They were busy I expected a long wait. I got into room at 12am. I never saw a nurse and was never hooked up to vital machine. I saw the doctor around 130am he wanted ultrasound. By 230am I choose to leave. I stopped to tell nurses I was leaving. They asked who my nurse was and seemed shocked I had not seen one. Apparently her name was Amber. Amber never came to check on me or hook me up. I plan to pursue my possible gallbladder issue with doctor on Monday.
The staff did a fine job. The wait was horrible.
Urgent care said they couldn't help me and sent me here. I figured in my condition, I would have been seen. But no. I waited in the lobby for 2.5 hours. They told me with almost severe dehydration to not drink for a test. Then told me I neede an IV, too. Come to find out because I didn't look like my kidneys were shutting down, I wasn't important. This SO-CALLED ER did nothing to help my father. They basically just let him die. I wouldn't go here for a paper cut. If you value your life, go somewhere else for treatment. They seem to think no care is good care and exceptional in their eyes too. BS. I would've gave negative stars is it was allowed. They don't even deserve the one I HAD to give!
