Dr.Robert Calleja and PA Kevin Guggemos were absolutely phenomenal in handling my care in a laceration to my nose. I was extremely worried as the laceration was at the tip of my nose and right in the center of my face. He made my mind at ease and was very professional! Dr.Calleja stayed after his shift to make sure that my sutures/stitches were placed right and took his time and I’m beyond greatful for that. Covenant had 7 hour wait, went to MyMichigan and was seen, treated, and discharged wirhin 4. Staff was great and explained everything well!

I had to go into this facility for diarrhea that had lasted more than 6 weeks. I spent less than 5 hours there and have received (So far) over $7000 in bills. They offered me nothing to take home for my symptoms (Ex - Zolfran for nausea would have been nice). The staff was patient, clear communications, seemed caring, and it seems like they did what they could for me. Bad bad I think the doctor who saw me was a quack. Went in with a back injury they never addressed. Instead they said I had colitis and wrote a prescription that is strongly advised NOT to take when you have colitis! Also, after my visit I had to read my paperwork to find out that I have dangerously high blood pressure.. why didn't they mention this in the emergency room?! I had to take a whole week off of work because of the pain I was experiencing in my back, not colitis! Very low caliber doctors. Not to mention the attitu... read more
